Wild Send Veilleux To Iowa

The Minnesota Wild has reassigned forward Stephane Veilleux to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).

The 32-year-old has collected two goals and 19 penalty minutes (PIM) in 27 games with Minnesota this season and 11 points (4-7=11) and 19 PIM in 27 games with Iowa. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound native of St. Georges de Beauce, Que., has recorded 103 points (48-55=103) and 336 PIM in 487 career NHL games with Minnesota, Tampa Bay and New Jersey.
