Minnesota’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Houston Aeros, finished the preseason with a 6-2 victory in Oklahoma City Saturday. Mikael Granlund scored four goals as part of his five-point night, while linemate Charlie Coyle contributed the other two markers of the win. Houston finished the preseason 1-2.
The Aeros are set to open the 2012-13 regular season this Saturday, Oct. 13 when they host Charlotte at 7:05 p.m. CDT. Houston finishes the weekend by visiting San Antonio for an afternoon matchup with the Rampage on Sunday, Oct. 14 at 3:30 CDT.

LW Raphael Bussieres - Baie-Comeau (QMJHL): The Wild’s second-round pick in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft registered a goal in two games as Baie-Comeau went 1-1 last week. In six games, Bussieres has two goals and an assist.
D Matt Dumba - Red Deer (WHL): Totaled four points (2-2=4) and a plus-2 rating in five games with Red Deer last week. Minnesota’s first-round selection in this summer’s Draft ranks T-4th among all WHL defensemen with seven points (2-5=7) this season.
C Tyler Graovac - Ottawa (OHL): Totaled three points (1-2=3) in two games last week and lead’s the 67’s with five goals in six games. Through six games with Ottawa, Graovac has seven points (5-2=7) and is plus-3.
D John Draeger - Michigan State (CCHA): Earned a plus-1 rating as the Spartans defeated Windsor, 6-1, in an exhibition match last week. The Wild’s third-round selection in this summer’s NHL Entry Draft is set to start his collegiate hockey career when Michigan State visits Minnesota Friday.
RW Adam Gilmour - Muskegon (USHL): Minnesota’s fourth-round pick in June’s Draft registered two assists and a plus-2 rating in two wins last week. In three games, Gilmour has three assists and is plus-2.
RW Anthony Hamburg - RIT (AHA): Posted two points (1-1=2) and a plus-1 rating in an 8-1 exhibition win vs. Ottawa last week. Begins his first year with Rochester Institute of Technology after playing seven games with Colgate University in 2010-11. The Tigers visit Michigan to start the season Thursday.
LW Erik Haula - University of Minnesota (WCHA): Tallied two assists and a plus-2 rating in Minnesota’s 7-0 exhibition win vs. Lethbridge last week. The Gophers are the top-ranked team in the country and begin the season hosting Michigan State Friday.
LW Mario Lucia - Notre Dame (CCHA): Suffered a broken leg before the start of his first season with the Irish and is out indefinitely.
LW Louie Nanne - Penticton (BCHL): Notched four points (3-1-=4) in two games last week, including a hat trick in a 7-2 win vs. Trail Smoke Saturday…Penticton remains the top-ranked team in the BCHL with a record of 9-1-0-0. D Nick Seeler - Nebraska Omaha (WCHA): Skated in Nebraska Omaha’s 4-1 exhibition victory vs. Lethbridge last week. The Wild’s fifth-round selection from the 2011 NHL Entry Draft is set to start his freshman season with the Mavericks hosting Army Friday.
RW Christoph Bertschy - SC Bern (Swiss): Held an even rating in two games with Bern last week. Minnesota's sixth-round pick in the 2012 Draft has skated in eight games with Bern of the Swiss National League A and has been held off the score sheet.
D Daniel Gunnarsson - Lulea HF (SEL): Scored a goal and earned a plus-2 rating in two games with Lulea last week. In ten games, the defenseman has recorded two goals, an assist and is a plust-4.
Johan Gustafsson - Lulea HF (SEL): Allowed three goals in one loss last week. Ranks third among Swedish Elite League goalies in save percentage (.942 SV%), having stopped 129-of-137 shots, and fifth in goals-against average (1.61 GAA).
Stephen Michalek - Harvard (ECAC): Set to begin his sophomore season after being named to the ECAC All-Rookie Team during his first campaign. Harvard opens the season with an exhibition against McGill on Oct. 19.
