Ryan Suter's return to play in the city he called home for seven seasons proved a rollercoaster ride, but in the end he and the Minnesota Wild prevailed 2-1 in a shootout victory against the Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena on Saturday.

Matt Cullen won it in the third round with a wrist shot to Pekka Rinne's blocker side.
