|Chicago has points in seven straight games (5-0-2), although it hasn’t been in dominating fashion. Four of the Hawks’ last five games have gone into overtime or a shootout, including a 6-5 loss in Tampa Bay on Tuesday.
The Hawks, often one of the top PP units in the league, are 20th in the NHL at home (16.0%) but it would behoove the Wild not to tempt fate and go to the box much. Chicago’s PK is an NHL-worst 71.0%.

Niklas Backstrom makes his first start since getting injured at Nashville Oct. 10. Backstrom made seven saves in relief of Josh Harding on Thursday, in his return from a lower body injury.
