Wishes & More is the Wild's Charity of the Month in December and will be featured on Sunday, December 2.

Wishes & More® is the Minnesota Wild’s Charity/Non Profit of the month for December.  Wishes & More will be featured in arena through public address announcements and a one-minute video segment during the Minnesota Wild vs. Vancouver Canucks on Sunday, December 2. 

Wishes and More is a Minnesota based, non-profit children’s wish granting organization that grants wishes to children between birth and nineteen who have a terminal or life-threatening conditions.  They also provide Scholarships of Hope™ to be used for higher education. Upon being granted their wish, each wish child will be presented with a scholarship certificate that will be redeemable as a financial grant to apply to any higher institution of learning beyond high school.

Wishes and More believes that a wish is a romantic notion; it is closing your eyes and having your mind focus on beautiful thoughts and ideas.  It is the “if only…” of our dreams.  It is comfort, hope, and imagination at a time that needs pleasant moments.  It is an escape from pain, clinics, and treatments.  It is lifting a burden and lightening the soul.

They grant popular Midwest wishes; such as hunting, fishing, snowmobiles, water craft and sport equipment.  Wishes and More also believes in the need to get teens involved with helping others. Youth volunteers with a love for kids and a desire to serve will support the mission of Wishes & More and bring smiles to wish children.

Wishes & More strives everyday to enhance the lives of these children by providing extraordinary experiences ... and more.  Wishes & More volunteers, whom they call Magic Makers will personalize every wish because all wishes and wish kids are special!
