 Josh Harding, who now boasts a 25-7-0 record this season, posted his third shutout of the season against Milwaukee on Saturday.
HOUSTON AEROS: (41-14-1-2, 1st place West Division) – Houston pushed its West Division lead over Milwaukee to six points with a weekend sweep of the Admirals…The Aeros have won six straight overall and five in a row on the road…C Rem Murray posted a goal and two assists and RW Kirby Law, D Curtis Murphy and C Patrick O’Sullivan each added a goal and an assist, as the Aeros battle back from an early two-goal deficit for a 5-2 victory over Milwaukee at Bradley Center Sunday afternoon…G Seamus Kotyk made 25 saves…G Josh Harding made 40 saves and O’Sullivan scored two third period goals as Houston blanked the Admirals 3-0 Saturday…Law added three assists and LW Roman Voloshenko tallied a power play goal…Murray and Murphy scored power play goals 90 seconds apart in the third period as the Aeros rallied for a 4-3 victory over Iowa at home on Thursday…Harding made 35 saves and C Bryan Lundbohm and LW Peter Olvecky also scored…Law leads the AHL in scoring with 83 points (34-49=83)…C Erik Westrum is second with 81 points (27-54=81)…O’Sullivan leads AHL rookies and ranks tied for fifth overall in scoring with 66 points (34-32=66)…His 34 goals is a new rookie team record…Harding is 25-7-0 and leads the AHL with a .927 save %, ranks second in wins and is 8th with a 2.55 GAA…Houston hosts Hamilton on Thursday and Hartford on Saturday and plays at San Antonio on Sunday this week.

CHL

C Kyle Bailey - Portland (WHL): Has scored 16 goals and 28 assists for 44 points in 57 games with Portland. Ranks fifth on his team in scoring and third in penalty minutes with 129. Scored five power play goals and four game-winners.

LW Patrick Bordeleau - Val-D’Or (QMJHL): Has scored 20 goals and 33 assists for 53 points in 59 games with Val-D’Or. Ranks fifth on the team in scoring and has picked up 11 goals on the power play.

D Riley Emmerson - Tri-City (WHL): Has scored one goal and one assist in 60 games with Tri-City while accumulating 100 penalty minutes.

LW Matt Kassian - Kamloops (WHL): Has scored four goals and five assists for nine points in 60 games with Kamloops.

LW Benoit Pouliot - Sudbury (OHL): Scored 33 goals and 27 assists for 60 points in 43 games with Sudbury. Leads the team in goals and plus/minus rating (+25), and ranks second in scoring. Has 11 power play goals, four shorthanded goals, and three game-winners. Collected five assists and 14 penalty minutes in helping Canada to a gold medal victory at the World Junior Championships.

D A.J. Thelen - Prince Albert (WHL): Has scored 11 goals and 20 assists for 31 points in 63 games. Ranks fourth on the team in scoring and tied for second with seven power play goals.

College

D Anthony Aiello - Boston College (Hockey East): Picked up eight assists in 30 games during freshman season with B.C.

RW Mike Erickson - Western Michigan (CCHA): Scored seven goals and nine assists for 16 points in 35 games with Western Michigan. Ranks third on the team in scoring and tied for third in goals.

C Danny Irmen - Minnesota (WCHA): Scored 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points in 23 games, ranking tied for second on the Gophers in goals and tied for fourth in scoring. Has been named WCHA Offensive Player of the Week twice this season despite missing 11 games due to injury.

F Ryan Jones - Miami (CCHA): Scored 19 goals and 12 assists for 31 points in 34 games with Miami. Ranks first on the team in goals and second in scoring. Leads the team with five game-winning tallies and is tied for the lead with eight power play goals.

C Kyle Wilson - Colgate (ECAC): Scored 22 goals and 16 assists for 38 points in 34 games. Ranks first on the team in goals and scoring. Leads the team with 10 power play goals.

Europe

C Morten Madsen - Frolunda Jr. (SWE): Scored six goals and 20 assists for 26 points in 25 games with Frolunda. Ranks fourth on the team in scoring and second in assists. Has played five games for Frolunda in the Swedish Elite League.

D Georgi Misharin - CSKA Moscow (RUS): Scored three goals and 10 assists for 13 points in 46 games with CSKA Moscow.

RW Julien Sprunger - HC Fribourg (SUI): Scored 18 goals and 13 assists for 31 points in 36 games with HC Fribourg. Ranks first on his team in goals and fifth in scoring. Scored two goals and three assists for seventh place Switzerland at the World Juniors.

D Mikhail Tyulyapkin - Novokuznetsk (RUS): Scored two goals and three assists for five points in 47 games.

Goaltenders

Anton Khudobin - Saskatoon (WHL): Owns a 20-13-0 record with a 2.95 goals against average and a .917 save percentage with three shutouts. Posted a 4-1-0 record with a 2.20 goals against average and a .932 save percentage for second-place Russia at the World Juniors.

Miroslav Kopriva - Austin (CHL): Owns a 9-3-0 record with a 2.25 goals against average and a .940 save percentage. Named the CHL Goaltender of the Week on December 5, and was reassigned by Houston on February 23.

Kristofer Westblom - Kelowna (WHL): Owns an 14-5-1 record with a 3.03 goals against average and a .888 save percentage.
