Dan Terhaar - Tell me about your son. I met him when we were in Montreal.
Guillaume Latendresse - Hayden is 18 months old. It’s great being a dad. We like to go for walks.
DT - What were you like as a kid?
GL - I was a little terror, and so is Hayden. Now I know what a handfull I was.
DT - What other sports did you play as a kid?
GL - I played baseball and soccer. I was a shortstop in baseball and soccer and well, I didn’t want to run, so that didn’t go so well. Now I like to watch Baseball and golf. I go golfing whenever I can.
DT - Did you have a favorite super hero?
GL - Definitely. The Ultimate Warrior.
DT - Do you cook?
GL - I am a terrible cook. I go to Manny’s Steakhouse as often as I can. That’s my favorite place to eat.
DT - What’s your favorite road city?
GL - That would have to be New York. There are lots of things to do there.
DT - What’s a good day off for you?
GL - I would start by sleeping in, and then eat a big breakfast with eggs, bacon and potatoes. That’s a good day already. After that, it doesn’t matter.
DT - Do you have a favorite food?
GL - Puddin.
DT – Pudding? Like chocolate pudding?Latendresse gives Terhaar a confused look. Pierre-Marc Bouchard enters the conversation, speaking French. Both players laugh and now Terhaar has a confused look.
Pierre-Marc Bouchard - (speaking English) Not pudding…Poutine. It’s French fries and cheese curds covered with gravy.
GL - You really need to try Poutine.
DT - What would you be doing if you were not a hockey player?
GL - I think I might be a police officer. That would be an interesting profession. If not that, my Dad owns a renovation company. I might be working with him.
DT - What about after hockey?
GL - I think I might like being in the media. I could see myself doing a radio show.
