HOUSTON AEROS (11-9-1-2, 5th in West Division) – The Aeros went 1-2-0-0 this past week, falling 5-3 at Texas on Wednesday then 5-3 vs. San Antonio on Friday before taking a 2-1 shootout victory over Milwaukee on Saturday. D Maxim Noreau led Houston with four points (2-2=4) over the three games while G Anton Khudobin made 28 saves in the Aeros lone win of the week. Overall, Noreau leads all Aeros skaters with 14 points (7-7=14) in 23 games and Khudobin owns team bests in wins (7), goals against average (2.15), and save percentage (.929). This week Houston hosts Rockford on Thursday and Friday then plays at Texas on Saturday.

LW Brett Bulmer - Kelowna (WHL): Second round pick (39th overall) in 2010 Draft notched his seventh assist over the weekend to bring his point total to 15 (8-7=15) in 24 games. He ranks third on his team in goals and second in penalty minutes with 44.
D Josh Caron - Kamloops (WHL): The 2010 free agent signing played two games and was a +4 before suffering a broken collar bone. He has not played since the injury and is considered week-to-week.
LW Kris Foucault - Calgary (WHL): The fourth round pick (103rd overall) in 2009 Draft picked up two goals and an assist in two games last week and has now posted three goals and three assists over his last six games. With seven goals and eight assists, Foucault ranks tied for third on the team in goals and tied for fourth in points.
D Colton Jobke - Kelowna (WHL): The 2010 free agent signing has returned to the lineup after missing six games with a shoulder injury. He has a goal and five assists through 18 games.
D Bjorn Krupp - Belleville (OHL): The 2009 free agent signing picked up an assist over the weekend for his fifth point (1-4=5) over the last six games. He now has a goal and six assists through 22 contests.
RW Dylen McKinlay - Chilliwack (WHL): The seventh round pick (189th overall) in the 2010 NHL Draft has tallied three assists through eight games, but suffered a knee injury on October 15 and has been out since then. He is listed as "week-to-week."
C Anthony Hamburg - Colgate (ECAC): The seventh round pick (193rd overall) in the 2009 Draft did not dress in two games last week against Niagara. He has two points (0-2=2) in four games.
LW Erik Haula - Minnesota (WCHA): The seventh round pick (182nd overall) in 2009 scored his third goal of the season with a power play marker on Sunday against Michigan. He leads the Gophers in assists with 12 and ranks second on the team in points (3-12=15).
D Sean Lorenz - Notre Dame (CCHA): Fourth round pick (115th overall) in 2008 was a +2 in a 2-2 tie with North Dakota over the weekend. Through 15 games, he's a +7 on the season with two goals and three assists.
D Kyle Medvec - Vermont (HE): Fourth round pick (102nd overall) in 2006 has one assist through 11 games.
F Jason Zucker - Denver (WCHA): Second round selection (59th overall) in 2010 Draft leads all WCHA freshmen in goals with nine through 16 games. With 14 total points, he ranks tied for third on the Denver scoring charts.
F Mikael Granlund - HIFK Helsinki (Finland): The first round selection (ninth overall) in 2010 has missed the last 14 games with an injury suffered on October 14. He had previously scored three goals and eight assists through 12 games.
RW Johan Larsson - Brynas (Sweden): The second round selection (56th overall) in the 2010 Draft has two assists in 19 Elite Level games. He's played nine games with the Brynas junior team and has six goals and nine assists.
F Jere Sallinen - Blues Espoo (Finland): The sixth round selection (163rd overall) in the 2009 Draft has two goals and six assists through 25 games this season. He is a +8 on the year.
Dennis Endras - Augsberger (Germany): The 2010 free agent signing is 8-8-2 after losing two games last week. He owns a 3.44 goals against average and a .886 save percentage.
Johan Gustafsson - VIK (Sweden): The sixth round pick (159th overall) in the 2010 Draft was 1-1 last week including a 21-save performance in a 4-1 win. He ranks fourth in the league with a 2.16 goals against average and fifth with a .920 save percentage.
Darcy Kuemper - Red Deer (WHL): The sixth round pick (161st overall) in 2009 improved his record to 18-4-2 after winning all three of his starts last week, including his fourth shutout of the season. Kuemper leads the league in every major goaltending category including wins, goals against average (1.77), save percentage (.934) and shutouts.
