HOUSTON AEROS (33-21-1-4, T-1st in West Division) – The Aeros went 1-1-0-1 this past week, falling 3-1 to Chicago, dropping a 2-1 shootout in Milwaukee, and taking a 5-3 decision in Rockford. RW Jon DiSalvatore led Houston with three points (2-1=3) while G Matt Hackett picked up a win and registered a 1.92 GAA and a .911 SV% in two starts. Overall, DiSalvatore owns a team-high 39 points (13-26=39). G Anton Khudobin leads Aeros goaltenders in wins (18) while Hackett ranks first in GAA (2.38) and SV% (.915). This week Houston hosts Milwaukee on Tuesday and Texas on Friday, then plays at Oklahoma City on Saturday, and finishes off at home vs. Rockford on Sunday.

Canadian Hockey Leagues
LW Brett Bulmer - Kelowna (WHL): Second round pick (39th overall) in 2010 Draft suffered a leg injury and did not play last week. His season point total is 47 (18-29=47) in 54 games. He ranks second on Kelowna in assists and points.
D Josh Caron - Kamloops (WHL): The 2010 free agent signing has one goal through 19 games this season. He missed 41 games earlier in the year with a broken collar bone.
LW Kris Foucault - Calgary (WHL): The fourth round pick (103rd overall) in the 2009 Draft is atop the Calgary scoring charts with 41 points (20-21=41) after posting three points (2-1=3) in four games last week. His goal and an assist on Wednesday was his ninth multi-point game of the season.
D Colton Jobke - Kelowna (WHL): The 2010 free agent did not play last week due to serving a seven-game suspension for an interference penalty. He currently has a goal and seven assists through 39 games and is eligible to return to the lineup on Friday.
D Bjorn Krupp - Belleville (OHL): The 2009 free agent signing has tied his point total of 11 from last season with a goal and 10 assists. He has appeared in 49 games this season.
RW Dylen McKinlay - Chilliwack (WHL): The seventh round pick (189th overall) in the 2010 NHL Draft posted an assist last week to bring his point total to 18 on four goals and 14 assists in 41 games.
C Anthony Hamburg - Omaha (USHL): The seventh round pick (193rd overall) in the 2009 Draft left Colgate University after playing seven games and notching three assists. He has joined Omaha of the USHL where he's played 14 games and scored 10 points (4-6=10). He was named the Lancers' Old Chicago Player of the Month for January.
LW Erik Haula - Minnesota (WCHA): The seventh round pick (182nd overall) in 2009 picked up his 16th assist of the season over the weekend against Wisconsin. He co-leads the Gophers in assists and ranks fourth in points (5-16=21). He's a +8 on the season.
D Sean Lorenz - Notre Dame (CCHA): Fourth round pick (115th overall) in 2008 moved into a tie for the team lead in plus/minus (+24) after posting a +3 rating through two games last weekend. He has four goals and seven assists through 34 games this season.
D Kyle Medvec - Vermont (HE): Fourth round pick (102nd overall) in 2006 did not play last week due to injury. He's totaled six points (2-4=6) in 26 games thus far this season.
F Jason Zucker - Denver (WCHA): Second round selection (59th overall) in 2010 Draft picked up two assists over the weekend against Michigan Tech. He ranks first in the league in WCHA goals with 18, and also owns 16 assists in 30 total games and is a +19. He has twice been named the WCHA Freshman of the Week.
F Mikael Granlund - HIFK Helsinki (Finland): The first round selection (ninth overall) in 2010 notched a pair of assists on Thursday and followed that up with a goal on Saturday. He now owns seven goals and 20 assists through 31 games and is a +1. He missed 21 games earlier in the season with an injury.
RW Johan Larsson - Brynas (Sweden): The second round selection (56th overall) in the 2010 Draft picked up his fourth goal of the season in Elite League play last week and now owns seven points (4-3=7) in 37 Elite League games. Last week, he led Sweden to a perfect 4-0 record in the U-19 Five Nations Tournament, racking up 10 points (4-6=10), which tied for the tournament lead. He served as captain of Sweden.
F Jere Sallinen - Blues Espoo (Finland): The sixth round selection (163rd overall) in the 2009 Draft scored his fifth goal of the season last week to bring his point total to 12 (5-7=12) in 49 games.
Dennis Endras - Augsberger (Germany): The 2010 free agent posted his first shutout of the season last week and was 2-1-0 on the week. He lowered his goals against average to 3.17 and raised his save percentage to .899.
Johan Gustafsson - VIK (Sweden): The sixth round pick (159th overall) in the 2010 Draft posted two wins last week and currently owns a 2.28 goals against average and a .913 save percentage, ranking sixth in the league in both categories.
Darcy Kuemper - Red Deer (WHL): The sixth round pick (161st overall) in 2009 went 2-0-1 last week, improving his record to 38-10-4. He leads the league in every goaltending category including: wins, goals against average (1.87), save percentage (.933) and shutouts (10). He has been named the CHL Goalie of the Week three times and the WHL Player of the Week once. He was the WHL Goalie of the Month in January.
