Fantasy Spotlight: MIN vs. CHI

Fantasy Pick: Matt Cullen

Matt Cullen has been an integral part of the Wild all season, but he has taken on an especially important role now that Mikko Koivu is sidelined with a broken finger. The Moorhead native seems to be stepping up his game as the Wild makes a run for the playoffs and you will want to have him on your fantasy hockey lineup for tonight's game against Chicago.

The 34-year-old has two points (1-1=2) against the Blackhawks this season and is one of the Wild's top career scorers against Chicago. Cullen has tallied 19 points (8-11=19) in 31 contests against the Blackhawks.

Cullen is just three points shy of reaching 500 in his illustrious NHL career. He ranks fourth on the Wild with 36 points (12-24=36) in 58 games this season. He's also leads the Wild with a 55.8% faceoff rating, having won 69.4% of faceoffs taken in his last three games. Additionally, Cullen is T-2nd in the NHL with four shorthanded goals.
