Fantasy Spotlight: Matt Cullen
Matt Cullen has reached numerous milestones in his illustrious NHL career, but the Minnesota native is just one point shy of adding another feat to his impressive list of hockey of hockey accomplishments. The 34-year-old is one point away from becoming the eighth Minnesota-born player to reach the 500-point milestone in his NHL career (181-318=499).
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound forward has a good chance of reaching the career mark in tonight's game against Toronto. Cullen has scored 16 points (5-11=16) in 31 contests against the Maple Leafs.
On the season, Cullen leads the Wild with a 55.4% faceoff rating and is T-3rd in the NHL with four shorthanded goals. He ranks fifth on the Wild with 38 points (12-26=38) in 68 games this season.
