Last week's winner was a team effort on a tic-tac-toe passing display from Jared Spurgeon to Dany Heatley to Kyle Brodziak.
This week, the Wild snuck just one game in before taking a break before All-Star Weekend. Fortunately, the Wild posted a 3-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche, and all three Minnesota goals were worthy of Top Play consideration. Justin Falk bagged his first career NHL goal with a snipe on the power play. Dany Heatley buried Kyle Brodziak's behind-the-back centering feed. And Carson McMillan picked a perfect time to come up with his first goal of the season, finishing off a breakaway to score the game-winner:
