Last week's winner went to Matt Kassian, who bagged his first career NHL goal after a slick move and setup by his linemate, Darroll Powe. Not a bad start to an NHL goal scoring career. Your first ends up as the top play of the week.
This week, there were a few plays that stood out among the rest. Steven Kampfer tallied his first goal as a member of the Wild with a beautiful snipe, but only after a great effort by Matt Cullen to send a pass across while down on the ice. Matt Hackett was pressed into action against Phoenix when Josh Harding went down to injury, but he came up big right away with a paddle save on All-Star Keith Yandle. And Erik Christensen broke out on Sunday with a pair of goals, the second of which earned him a shot at this week's top play:
