Vote On Last Week's Top Plays

Monday, 04.01.2013 / 4:11 PM / Minnesota Wild | Features
By Mike Doyle  - Managing Editor

Last year, Wild.com wanted help from our fans in the State of Hockey and beyond to help us select the Top Play of the Year. To do so, we needed you to pick the Top Plays each week, so we could pit them against each other in the offseason in a single-elimination tournament. We had so much fun, we're going to do it again this year.

Wild GameDay

Week 9: Cullen Give-And-Go | Week 8: Tik-Tak-Koivu | Week 7:  Coyle Beast Mode | Week 6: Koivu's Quick Snipe | Week 5: Coyle's First | Week 4: Zucker's First | Week 3: Set-OT-guchi | Week 2: Bouchard's Snipe | Week 1: Parise's First In MN | 2011-12 Winner:  Koivu's Exploding Shoulder Set Up

This season, we're getting help selecting the top play each week from our friends at Dairy Queen and looking for fans to vote for the Ri-DQ-ulous Play of the Week.

The Week 9 winner was Matt Cullen's give-and-go goal against Vancouver.

This week, an overtime winner, a glove-ly save from a youngster and another nice passing play resulting in a Cullen goal. First up, Mikko Koivu has developed a flare for the dramatic and his overtime game-winner against Phoenix is proof. Up next, Matt Hackett should've been arrested in Dallas because he straight-up robs the Stars with a swiping glove save. Finally, Cullen is set up by his linemates on a nice passing play, then fires a rocket to score against the Kings.
