matt d'agostini the defenseman signs a one-year deal with the penguins after playing in 13 games for the devils last season and totaled 4 points (2-2=4).

nick johnson the 27 year-old played in 17 games with phoenix last season with six points (4-2=6) and was plus-3. he takes a one-year deal with boston.
richard bachman the goalie appeared in 13 games last season with the stars going 6-5-0 with a 3.25 gaa and a .885 sv% heads to edmonton on a one-year deal.

joe corvo the oak park, ill. native moves to the senators on a one-year deal. the 36-year-old defenseman appeared in 40 games for the hurricanes and had 17 points.
tyson strachan the defenseman played in 38 games in florida last season and inks a two-way contract with washington.
nolan yonkman The 32-year-old played seven games in florida last season and 71 more in the ahl.

Ryan Jones The former Wild pick re-signs with the Oilers. Jones was out for much of last season with an eye injury.
Adam Pardy The Jets were busy today, and signed the 29-year-old blueliner to a one-year deal.
Jerome Samson The forward spent the entire last season with Carolina's AHL affiliate the Charlotte Checkers.
Andrew Gordon Former St. Cloud State standout hopes to land a regular spot amongst the young Jets forward group.
Alexander Sulzer The Kaufbeuren, West Germany native skated in seventeen games with Buffalo and hopes to become a regular fixture on the blue line after re-signing for a one-year deal.

Mark Mancari Mancari has played most of his career in the AHL. He hopes to stick in St. Louis but will give its AHL an offensive boost.
Benoit Pouliot The former Wild forward moves to the Rangers on a one-year deal after totaling 20 points (8-12=20) in Tampa.
Matt Cooke The Wild inks the pesky forward for three years. With the departure of Cal Clutterbuck, Cooke will help add grit to Minnesota's forward lines.
michael ryder ryder leaves montreal after agreeing to a two year deal with new jersey. the 33-year-old had 35 points (16-19=35) in 46 games.
maxim lapierre the 28-year-old agreed to a two-year deal with the blues. lapierre had 10 points (4-6=10) in 48 regular season games with vancouver.
craig adams adams re-signs with the penguins for two more years. the 36-year-old had nine points (3-6=9) in 48 regular season contests.
saku koivu koivu signs a one-year deal with the ducks. the 38-year-old center had 27 points (8-19=27) in 47 games last year.
rostislav olesz spent the entire season with rockford of the ahl, playing in 14 games. finished with 19 points, (7-12=19) and signs one-year deal in new jersey.
guillaume desbiens spent all of last season in chicago of the ahl, appearing in 52 games and scoring 8 points (4-4=8)
j.T.  wyman the 27-year-old spent most of the season with syracuse of the ahl, appearing in only one game with tampa bay. his deal is for one-year.
nick holden the 26-year-old d-man signs a two-year deal with the avalanche. holden only played in two games last season with the blue jackets.
ryan hamilton the 28-year-old winger inks a two-year deal with the oilers. hamilton played in 10 games in the regular season with the leafs and contributed two assists.
aaron johnson the veteran defenseman signs a one-year deal with the rangers after appearing for boston in 10 games last season.
T.J. brennan the blueliner inks a one-year deal with the leafs. he played in 29 games with the predators last season and contributed 10 points (3-7=10).
brad richardson the 28-year-old winger inks a one-year deal with the canucks. richardson only played in 16 games in the regular season with los angeles and contributed six points (1-5=6).
jeff schultz schultz inks a one-year deal with los angeles. he played in 26 games last year with the capitals and added three assists.
yannick weber the 24-year-old defenseman switches from montreal to vancouver and inks a one-year deal. after fighting injuries last season, weber appeared in six games while recording two assists.
eric nystrom nystrom gets a four-year deal from the predators. The winger put up 11 points (7-4=11) in 48 games last season.
anton khudobin khudobin inks a one-year deal with the hurricanes. in boston he appeared in 14 games and finished with a 9-4-1 record and a 2.52 GAA and a .920 SV%.
dan ellis the netminder inks a two-year deal with the stars. ellis appeared in 19 games last season in carolina and finished with a record of 6-8-2, with a 3.13 GAA and a .906 SV%.
matt hendricks hendricks leaves washington and inks a four-year deal with nashville. the 32-year-old had eight points (3-5=8) last season playing in all 48 games.
valteri filppula the center gets a five-year deal from the lightning. last season, filppula registerd 17 points (9-8=17) in 41 games.
nate guenin the 30-year-old guenin goes to colorado on a one-year deal. gueinin played last season with norfolk of the ahl and had 24 points (4-20=24) in 66 games.
stephen weiss the center receives a five-year deal after appearing in only 17 games for the panthers last season. weiss had 4 points (1-3=4).
matt cullen cullen inks a two-year deal with nashville. the veteran center appeared in 42 games last season with the wild, putting up 27 points (7-20=27).
david clarkson clarkson scores a seven-year deal from the leafs. in 48 games, clarkson had 24 points (15-9=24) for the devils.
viktor stalberg stalberg leaves the blackhawks to ink a four-year deal with the predators. the speedy winger put up 23 points (9-14=23) in 47 regular season games in chicago.
tyler bozak bozak returns to the maple leafs on a five-year contract. last season,bozak played in 46 games and had 28 points  (12-16=28).
michael rozsival the 34-year-old blueliner returns to the cup champs with a two-year deal. in 27 regular season games with chicago, roszival chipped in 12 assists.
keith aucoin the veteran center joins the blues on a one-year deal. in 41 games last season, aucoin had 12 points (6-6=12).
mike mottau the 35-year-old blueliner joins florida on a one-year deal. he appeared in 18 games for the leafs last season.
yann danis the 32-year-old appeared in three games for edmonton last season with a record of 1-0-0 and a 3.82 GAA. Danis signs a one-year deal with philly.
rob scuderi the veteran defenseman inks a four-year deal with pittsburgh. scuderi played in all 48 regular season games with the kings and had 12 points (1-11=12).
jesse joensuu the winger receives a two-year deal from edmonton after appearing in seven regular season games with the islanders.
scott hannan the 34-year-old defenseman re-signs a one-year deal with san jose. hannan played in 33 games last season with the sharks,
clarke macarthur macarthur receives a two-year deal from the senators. in 40 regular season games the left-winger had had 20 points (8-12=20).
ryane clowe the 30-year-old power forward moves just across the hudson river and joins new jersey with a five-year deal. clowe had 19 points (3-16=19) in 40 games last season.
nathan horton the 28-year-old power forward leaves the bruins and joins the blue jackets on a seven-year contract. in 43 regular season games horton had 22 points (13-9=22), while adding another 19 points (2-12=17) in 22 playoff games.
pierre-marc bouchard the 29-year-old winger leaves the wild to sign a one-year deal with the islanders. last season with minnesota, bouchard had 20 points (8-12=20) in 43 games played.
andre benoit the 29-year-old defenseman joins the avs on a one-year deal. in 33 games with ottawa last season, benoit had 10 points (3-7=10).
michael handzus the veteran center re-signs with the blackhawks for one-year. in 23 playoff games this season, handzus had 11 points (3-8=11) and was plus-7.
boyd gordon the 29-year-old center signs a three-year deal with edmonton. gordon had 14 points (4-10=14) in 48 games last season.
jason labarbera the netminder joins edmonton on a one-year deal. with the coyotes, labarbera had a record of 4-6-2 in 15 games played.
mike ribeiro ribeiro agrees to a four-year deal with phoenix. in 48 regular season games with washington the center had 49 points (13-36=49).
mike komisarek komisarek joins the hurricanes on a one-year deal. the veteran defenseman only played in four games last season.
thomas greiss the back-up goaltender leaves the sharks to accept a one-year deal with the coyotes. greiss played in six games with the sharks last season and had a 1-4-0 record with a 2.53 gaa.
joey crabb the right-winger joins florida on a one-year deal. in 26 games last season, crabb totaled two goals and was minus-1.
peter regin regin joins the islanders on a one-year deal. the center played in 27 games last year totaling three points (0-3=3).
andrew ference the veteran defenseman leaves the bruins and joins edmonton in a four-year deal. ference had 13 points (4-9=13) in 48 regular season games with the eastern conference champion bruins.
ray emery goaltender ray emery goes to the flyers on a one-year deal. last season in a backup role with the blackhawks, emery had an impressive record of 17-1-0 with a 1.94 GAA and a SV% of .922.
daniel alfredsson the long-time captain of ottawa, alfreddson leaves to take a one-year deal with the red wings. the 40-year-old alfredsson had 26 points (10-16=26) last year for the senators.
evgeni nabakov the veteran netminder re-ups with the islanders on a one-year deal. last season, nabakov went 23-11-7 with a 2.50 GAA.
keith ballard The blueliner has agreed to terms with the wild on a two-year deal. the former golden gopher has 165 points (36-129=165) in his eight-year career.
danny briere after being bought out by the flyers last week, briere inked a two-year deal with his hometown canadiens. the 35-year-old briere had at least 25 goals in three of his six seasons with philadelphia.
vincent lecavalier lecavalier agreed to a five-year deal with the flyers. the 33-year-old center had 32 points (10-22=32) last season in 39 games played.
