LW Zach Parise scored two goals and G Josh Harding made a season-high 37 saves to lead Minnesota to a 3-1 victory in front of a sellout crowd of 18,411 fans Sunday evening at Xcel Energy Center. C Mikko Koivu notched his third game-winning goal of the season and 20th career game winner for Minnesota. Next up, Minnesota hits the road for a three-game trip, starting Wednesday in Anaheim at 9:30 p.m. CT FOX Sports North and KFAN 100.3.

Minnesota moved to 13-3-2 on home ice this season – tied with Boston (13-3-2) for most wins and points on home ice in the NHL this season.

The Wild has won six straight games against San Jose in Saint Paul, going 6-0-0 since Nov. 2, 2010. San Jose’s goal with 1:41 left in regulation ended its shutout streak in Saint Paul at 129:34.

G Josh Harding made a season-high 37 saves to move to 16-4-3 in 24 games this season – T-2nd for most wins amongst NHL goalies with an NHL-best 1.50 GAA. He moved to 13-1-0 on home ice this season, posting a 1.25 GAA and .945 SV%. He is 34-10-2 in his career starts at Xcel Energy Center, including 27-5-1 since Jan. 27, 2010 and 16-2-0 in his last 18 starts in Saint Paul.

LW Zach Parise scored his third multi-goal game this season, 32nd of his career. He extended his Wild lead to 26 points (14-12=26) in 31 games this season. He has eight points (4-4=8) in his last nine games and at least one point in 16 of his last 22 games (10-11=21). Six of his 14 goals have been the Wild’s first goal of the game.

C Mikko Koivu scored his seventh goal of the season and ranks second on the Wild with 24 points (7-17=24) in 32 games this season. With his 20th career game-winning goal, he claimed sole possession of third place on the Wild’s all-time charts.

D Marco Scandella netted an assist on Parise’s first goal and has three points (1-2=3) in his last four games. He leads the Wild with a plus-10 rating this season, while recording eight points (1-7=8) in 29 games.

D Jared Spurgeon tallied an assist on Koivu’s goal, and now has four assists in his last four games. His 10 assists in 32 games this season (1-10=11) equal his total in 39 games last year (5-10=15).

LW Patrick Marleau scored for the Sharks, while G Antti Niemi made 10 saves in net for San Jose.
