Wild Video Requests

Was your child on the Best Buy Fan Cam? Did you win a sweet prize during an on-ice promotion? Well, you may want to see that moment again.

If you would like to receive a video of something that happened at a Wild game that you attended, you can complete your video request order form online or by printing out a form and mailing/faxing your request for a DVD or VHS tape of the footage you would like.

  • Tapes and DVDs cost $30 each
  • Payment information must be included with order form
  • Tapes will be mailed within 2-3 weeks of the order
  • Order forms should be mailed or faxed to:
