Player Appearance Requests

Due to their busy schedule during the season, the Minnesota Wild coordinates a very limited number of player appearances with community and corporate partners of the team. Most players do not live in the Twin Cities in the off-season. As is the case during the regular season, priority is given to community and corporate partners of the team for player appearance requests during the summer.

Requests must be submitted online at least six weeks prior to the date of the requested appearance. You will receive a response via email two weeks prior to the event date. Please review the Wild schedule before submitting your appearance request as players are not available for appearances on game days or the day before and after a road game. View Wild schedule.

Player Request FAQ's
