Last season, fans voted Niklas Backstrom the Bryant "Who's Hot?" Player of the Year, knocking off the previous season's winner Dany Heatley. Backstrom was a workhorse for the Wild, playing in 42 games. His 24 wins on the season ranked T-first in the National Hockey League. Overall, he posted a 2.48 goals against average and a .909 save percentage.

Last week, Jason Pominville won the final Bryant "Hot Player" of the Week award with a three goal and three assist performance. In doing so, Pominville overtakes Josh Harding and wins this year's Bryant "Who's Hot?" Player of the Year. Pommer led the Wild in scroing with 60 points (30-30=60), while playing in all 82 games. He takes the crown from last year's winner, Niklas Backstrom. Congratulations, Jason. You deserved it.
