This season, fans have voted Niklas Backstrom the Bryant "Who's Hot?" Player of the Year, knocking off last season's winner Dany Heatley. It was a tight race all year, as the voting was conducted during the 2012-13 regular season. Backstrom was a workhorse for the Wild, playing in 42 games. His 24 wins on the season ranked T-first in the National Hockey League. Overall, he posted a 2.48 goals against average and a .909 save percentage.
The Week 14 winner was Wild Captain Mikko Koivu, who secured his first "Who's Hot?" win.
