Credits from re-sold games for regular season were applied to your playoff seats first, then applies to your 2013-14 Wild Season Tickets. Credits from re-sold playoff games have been applied to your 2013-14 Wild Season Tickets as of May 21, 2013.
What are my payment options for the 2013-2014 Wild season?
The Wild will again be offering three payment plans to choose from:
Pay in Full - you can choose to pay the full balance on your season tickets by June 21, 2013.
Three Payment Plan - you can choose to pay your balance in three installments, with the first installment by June 21, 2013. The second and third installments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on July 15th and August 15, 2013.
8-Month Payment Plan - you can choose to pay your balance over eight monthly installments, with the first installment due by June 21, 2013. The remaining installments will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 15th day of each month (excluding Saturday/Sunday) from July 15th through January 15, 2014. Please note there is a $7.50 fee per month, per card for this payment plan.
When will our season tickets be mailed?
Season tickets will be mailed in late August/early September prior to the first pre-season game as long as your have kept current with your payment schedule. Please make sure that your address is up to date to ensure your tickets arrive on time. When will single game tickets go on-sale?
Single game tickets will go on sale on in the Fall. Exact date and time will be announced later this summer.
Will I have an opportunity to purchase parking in one of the designated lots/ramps for the 2013-2014?
We are working with the City of Saint Paul to finalize the pricing for the parking ramps/lots for the 2013-14 season. A renewal invoice will be sent to you later this summer if you purchased a parking pass this past season.
Subject to availability, an offer will be sent to all other accounts with available ramps/lots to purchase a parking pass for the 2013-2014 season later this summer as well.
As a Season Ticket Holder will I be offered a presale for Single Game Tickets?
As a benefit of being a Full Season Ticket Holder, you have the exclusive opportunity to purchase single-game tickets before they go on-sale to the public. A communication will be sent later this summer with your exact date and time of your pre-sale opportunity.
When will I see my updated point balance on My Wild Rewards?
Your Wild Rewards points will be loaded into your account as of January 12, 2013. As well as your normal point accrual you have been awarded bonus points to be used towards exclusive Let’s Play Hockey offers. Log on to rewards.wild.com to learn more.
When will I be able to use the ticket trade benefit for the 2012-2013 season?
As a benefit of being a Minnesota Wild full season ticket holder we offer the opportunity for you to trade in tickets to select games that you cannot attend for games that better fit your schedule. Ticket trade will be available starting 48 hours after the regular season on sale.
When will I be able to buy/sell tickets through the TicketExchange site through My Wild Account?
You will be able to buy or sell your season tickets through TicketExchange on My Wild Account within 48 hours of the single game ticket on sale.
