Park Smart!, a detailed parking plan created by the Saint Paul RiverCentre Authority, is an intricate system designed to direct patrons of the Xcel Energy Center to alternate routes around Kellogg Boulevard and to the most convenient parking structures for events. The Xcel Energy Center is located in downtown Saint Paul at the intersection of Kellogg Boulevard and West Seventh Street.
Tips to ParkSmart!
The Xcel Energy Center is serviced by two ramps (RiverCentre and Kellogg) directly connected to the complex. Keep in mind that the RiverCentre and Kellogg ramps fill up early and alternate plans should be made for entering the city, as well as finding parking during events. There are more than 50 parking ramps/lots within a brief walk of the Xcel Energy Center. Patrons can check the Park Smart! map and then Downtown Details) for locations and alternate directions.
Parking Ramps
The Advanced Parking Information System will help visitors find other available parking downtown. This "wayfinder" system, consisting of 46 static and 10 electronic signs, will guide motorists to available parking and give up-to-the-minute information on how many spots are still available at participating ramps and lots. Participating ramps and lots include: United Hospital Gold Ramp, United Hospital Parking Lot, Cleveland Circle Parking Lot, RiverCentre Ramp, Plaza Parking Lot, Landmark Ramp, Lowry Ramp, Victory Ramp and Radisson Ramp.

Bus Parking
Bus parking for team and fan buses is available at the lot located on Fifth and Seventh Streets across from the Xcel Energy Center. Please note, vans and Suburban trucks are not considered buses.
Metro Transit
To receive a free bus ride to a Minnesota Wild home game, fans simply need to show their ticket for that day's game to the driver as they board the bus. Free rides are available two hours before face off until two hours after the game ends. Seven Metro Transit routes travel right past Xcel Energy Center, making it easy to get to and from games.

Take 94 East to the 5th Street exit. Continue past 7th Street, right on Washington. Right on Kellogg Boulevard, and an immediate right into the Kellogg ramp.
From the Southwest
Take 494 East to Highway 5. Exit on Shepard Road, turn left. Follow Shepard Road 5 miles to Chestnut Street / Eagle Parkway. Turn left, cross the railroad tracks and at the first stoplight, turn left onto Chestnut. At 7th Street, turn right to St. Peter. Right to Washington. At Kellogg Boulevard turn right to the ramp entrance.

Take 35E North to the Grand Avenue exit. Turn right and follow Grand Avenue to West 7th Street. At 7th Street, take a left. At 5th Street veer right to Washington. Right to Kellogg Boulevard and another right to the ramp entrance.

Take Highway 52 North to the Plato Boulevard exit. Follow Plato Boulevard West to Robert Street. Take a right and continue on Robert across the river to Kellogg Boulevard. At Kellogg Boulevard continue on to 6th Street. Left to Washington, left to Kellogg Boulevard. Right to the ramp entrance.
From the Southeast
Take Highway 10 / 61 North to Warner Road West. Right at Chestnut Street / Eagle Parkway and cross the railroad tracks, and at the first stoplight turn left onto Chestnut. At 7th Street, turn right to St. Peter. Right to Washington. At Kellogg Boulevard turn right to the ramp entrance.
From the East
Take 94 West to the Highway 52 / 6th Street exit. Follow 6th Street to Washington, turn left. Right on Kellogg Boulevard and an immediate right into the Kellogg ramp.
From the North
Take 35E South to Wacouta / 10th Street exit. Follow Wacouta Street to 6th Street and turn right. Follow 6th Street to Washington and turn left. Right on Kellogg Boulevard and an immediate right into the Kellogg ramp.

Take the airport access road and follow signs for Highway 5 to St. Paul. Take the Shepard Road exit and turn left (East) at the top of the exit ramp.
